Collecting accurate and timely attendee feedback is increasingly becoming a top priority for high-level event planners and organizers. They know you must understand attendee expectations coming into the event, satisfaction during the event and overall impressions following the event. Though web surveys prove most effective for pre-/ post-event questioning, the PA is an invaluable tool for during the event.

  • Offer the PA as a communication tool during keynote presentations, breakout sessions and round-table discussions.
  • Set-up a survey booth or kiosk area where attendees are encouraged to visit and offer feedback on the event.
  • Tailor the questions to determine if expectations are being met and gather feedback on various topics aimed toward to continuing what is successful and improving what is not.
  • Assess anything from event content to venues, food, exhibitors, presenters, etc.
  • Have data available for review by event organizers daily and/or immediately following the close of the event.
